Pocket size multi-tool

hi all! I am looking for a new pocket tool for this summer. I was looking for a smaller tool that could be clipped onto a pair of pants. I work in and around water so I need a tool that I can clip it into my pocket/ on the side of my waist when in water. I really liked the leatherman s2, but it didnt seem to have a pocket clip and it was lacking a saw. Im mostly lookign for a tool that has: Pliers,Wire Cutters,a knife, screw driver, etc. Would rather have a smaller tool than a larger one. I dont need most of the stuff like cork screws and such that many leathermans have. I usually have a smaller edc on me also. Any ideas?
 
I carry a Leatherman Juice almost every day. It is in my left pocket, my primary folder is in my right pocket.

I have a Leatherman Skeletool and I think it would make a convenient EDC for lots of people. The problem with mine is that I have gotten so many good EDC folding knives over the past year that I want to carry one of them every day and that doesn't leave room for the Skeletool.

There is a sheath for the Juice series that has a belt and pocket clip. They wear out pretty quickly in my experience, though.
