Pocket Sword (PEII)

Hello all, new guy here on this forum. Last week, just before leaving on a trip I received a Pentagon Elite II folder. I knew it was a big knife, but the specs don't do it justice. Man this thing is big! The surprising thing is that even though I'm not tall (5'-5"), it carries better than many smaller knives. The light weight, and smooth contours are the key I think. Lockup is of course perfect, and there's very little lateral blade play. The action after a little lube is very smooth and deployement is easy with just a push on the thumb stud and a slight wrist flick. With this in one pocket and a small slip joint in the other, I'm well covered for any cutting need. Nice knife SOG.

Hi Steve. That PE II sure is cool isn't it, and BIG. It's nice to see you post here. Let us know how it works for you when you have used it more. Bet it would like nice with a Horn Handled Khukuri. BTW when I checked out the one at the local mall, I almost thought it was an assisted opening knife. It was that smooth.
