Hi guys,
I wanted to share with you No. 2 in of this new model of mine. Still tweaking things out a bit, but I'm pretty happy with this one so far.
Framelock based on the EZ Open pattern of many slipjoints. Ideal for office carry environment, but just as suitable as a nice simple pocketknife.
Thank you all for previous comments on this model. I listened
Went with a Wharncliffe blade profile for this one and added a lanyard hole. Still no nail nick, but you definitely dont need one. This opens smooth like a folder with a thumbstud, so there's no pull which often requires the need for a nail nick. That said, I'm sill anxious to add one in the future.
I also went with the full ti scales on this one and a satin blade. No large finger choil this time around.
Specs:
CPM 154 blade steel, 5/32" stock, Scotchbrite finish on the bevels, 400 grit satin on the flats
.125" Ti handle scales, contoured and beadblasted
Black G10 backspacer
S/S hardware
BL: 2 3/4", 2.5" cutting edge
HL: 3.5"
OAL: 6 1/4"
Thanks for checking it out!
