Poco no pocket sheath

Just got a Pocono kfl leather pocket sheath for mySA and a small edc nife. The problem I have is the smaller knives I have still seem a bit too small to fit snug. I was trying to put my BHk maverick colt in, then I tried a smaller Bradshaw. Any ideas how to wet form or make the sheath tight around whatever smaller edc? I may just keep fiddling with it until I find one of my smaller edc's to fit. (2.75 - 3.25 blades). Any ideas?

The sheaths and such subforum has the answers you seek. I do believe there is a sticky with pictures detailing how one of our members does it, and very well I might add.
