Hey all,

I've enjoyed this podcast so much, I just have to pass it along, for any who haven't heard of it. It's called Mark of the Maker. Each episode has Tom Krein, Sean Kendrick, Michael Burch, and Mark Stheiner, and they have guests come on and talk all things knives. I've listened to every episode, some of them twice. My favorite episodes were the Sean Kendrick, Justin Lafferty, Jeremy Marsh, Blade show recap, questions and answers, and three knives on a budget.

Really well done. Tons of information for a new guy like me. It's like sitting around with a few knife makers bs'ing about their trade and the industry.

Check it out. I use Apple podcast app to listen.

They're the #1 knife related podcast for a reason. Their recent Q&A episode was particularly informative from a maker standpoint.

Check out the Behind the Blade podcast as well if you want a lot of really good knife related history and a few maker tips here and there. It's run by Matt Martin (Vehement Knives) and Jim Stewart (Bark River Knives). They've been a little inconsistent with uploads as of late, but I believe they're trying to get set up to change that.

There a quite a few other knife related podcasts out there right now, but MOTM and BTB are the top two I'd recommend for makers.

Thanks for the tip on Behind the Blade, I hadn't started following that one yet. I'll give it a whirl!

Knife Talk podcast - fun, lots of info, not for younger listeners (language warning)
Steve Reza's Podcast Knifemaker's Mastery is very good for beginner makers
Mark of the Maker as mentioned

older podcast not updated anymore but still lots of good info: The Knife Making Podcast

Good index of all of them here

Looking forward to Knife Talk on Monday
