POHL Force Knives?

So I was browsing the forums, and while browsing, someone mentioned this company. I'd never heard of them, and was immediately curious. After going to their website, they seemed like a quality manufacturer and I noticed some of their designs resembled Lionsteel. So what's the deal with POHL? Does anyone know if they are their own company, or a subdivision of another company? Anyone own one of their knives? Opinions, and pics if you got 'em.

I believe they are their own company but Lionsteel has done all of their manufacturing thus far.
