I'm liking the designs but don't hear much about them. Prices seem up there with the the other well known mid-level Ti Framelock guys. Wondering if the juice is worth the squeeze?

That is a very well made knife. I regret selling mine.

Pohl Force knives are very high-quality build by LionSteel and each is designed and inspected by the owner Dietmar Pohl.

Nice knives, great finish.
DP has spent a long time around knives and is a very nice guy.
This is his line and I like the quality.

I looked at his line of folders, and they are impressive. Meant and advertised as outdoor survival knives, and they seem excellent. Good blade-steel, thick spine except for the 0.140" shorter-bladed model...which would still be my personal choice. The thicker blades remind me more of the Strider SMF...a very tough folder. The smaller, thinner folder seems much more like my Umnumzaan. Either way, a lot of knife for the money.
No personal experience, but his specs are right on...

I agree with the group. They are awesome knives; built like a tank. I carry my alpha 2 on hikes. This has to be one of the strongest knives in the world. If you were had to have a folding knife the abolutely could not fail, I would go with this one.... I also have smaller mike 2... They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

I love my Bravo one which is no longer made.
Just the right size for my EDC needs as part of my rotation.
Had occasion to communicate with Dieter Pohl, who graciously sent a replacement part no charge, plus a bunch of stickers and rubber patches as well.

Their fixed blades are very good blades. I like the Lima one inspired by crk ps2 (Interview with Dietmar). It is a big, hefty knife and some custom scale maker does very cool black canvas micarta scales to cover up the skeleton. Can't find the pic right now :/

Seriously considering getting one soon.

Great customer service
Lost the glass breaker on my Alpha2, so they send me a brand new backspacer (with the breaker in it) free of charge...
