So what's a little wanna be piglet to do after he's posted pics over the last year in a half of his ASH1 chopping and slicing up frying pans, excavator mufflers and bulldozer engine guards?

After all the battle scars his ASH has acquired......stripping it and polish it up would be a reasonable thing to do. But then what?

I can't think of anything better than to go beat the snot out of it again!

I was wanting to split the steel pipe into 2 pieces......and I was batoning as hard as I could.......but the ASH being a fatty, it got only so deep before that steel was high enough up on that full flat grind, it just would go any further with out using a sledge hammer.

Hey......I just got an idea........anyone want to hold the pipe and ASH while I swing the sledgehammer??????

Looking at the pictures I was wondering if you could split it in two but you answered that question, and no don't think I would want to hold the pipe. Very cool
