Poke me in the eye

I have been an arborist for some 20+ years and have broken many of handles of various tools.. Recently I broke the handle on my bosses favorite Doublebit chopping a root and he asked me to fix it.
I somewhat reluctantly agreed and went through the process of hanging a new handle on it. Something in my interest change that night and I’ve been obsessed with hanging heads of various types whenever I find them naked it’s almost become an obsession I love it. Normally I can find my way around the Internet to locate what I need but this one has me stumped andCould use some help with it I’ve seen pictures but can’t seem to find any reference to its name any help would be greatly appreciated I will try to post a picture

OK I am having problems with the whole picture thing. The best way I can describe it is a stretched out D shaped by it is approximately 2 inches in height 2 3/16 in length and 1 inch in width

Square peg. Thank you for the lead I will be contacting them for verification of size and shape. Is there a particular name for that Eye style? Your help was much appreciated.
