Who from the Busse Shop would communicate with me thru e-mail?

Feel free to write some addresses down here.

I just want to ask one question and order a Team Gemini LB.

How long should I wait? Can you tell me what is the regular waiting time for response?

I'm assuming they're pretty busy with the magnum cub and LBTG release. They likely have a lot of emails to reply to, I sent one about a week ago and havn't heard back. Although.. I'm not really in any rush.. Wait a few days, then try sending another. Or can't you make long distance calls through skype or something? I've heard of free long distance through the internet..
 
I've tried:

Pokey at bussecombat.com ...without any response

info at bussecombat.com ...automatic email returned with some malfunction saying "mailbox is full"

bussecombat at toast.net ...no response either

It's not that easy. I usually pay thru PayPal and I there should be some shop credit that I would like to apply but I need to ask first.
 
I ordered 2 LBTG over the phone... but before I did that I sent a couple emails saying that I would like to order a TGLB. kinda hoping that I didn't accidentally order like 4 :X because I can't afford that at all haha. hopefully they would call before the order was set in stone. I thought about sending another email saying I ordered over the phone, but I figured they would also get lost in the shuffle. anyone think this will be a problem?

Called the shop and placed an order for a magnum bear cub with stabilized bone handles, whoo hoo!
 
sounds like someone is developing the addiction already-the usual signs........ excitement, a new odd form of impatience takes over the body, ........ anxiety...........possible sleep disturbance.........constant sweating....basically, you can't think of anything else but INFI can you? can't eat, can't sleep, can't go to the bathroom, drag yourself to work while you would rather just stay home and wait for INFI to arrive. And then you got a question about ordering and you email the shop and...............2 seconds to by..........5 seconds go by...................why is this taking forever!!..................:D:D. Seriously though, sometimes or a lot of times, their emails get backed up because well, I'm sure someone like Pokey gets a ton of emails not only with questions but probably a lot of compliments cause she is well pretty awesome. Just give a little time, she will get back to you. If you order a knife, it will take longer than that to get to you anyway so just embrace the wait cause buying something is part of the fun. I've communicated quite a bit with Garth through emails and it sometimes takes him about a week to get back because they get really busy (growing company) but he gets back to me every time eventually. As a last resort you can go in post on Pokey's visitor messages and kindly let her know you are awaiting a response because you can't just pick up the phone from where you are and call the shop. For everyone else who lives here, maybe it would be better to just call instead of everyone going to her VMs, I don't want to get blamed if her VMs get slammed with all kinds of questions:) --no one want's to be on Pokey's bad list, def not me

worst case scenario, they will send you 4 and you can send the 2 you that you don't need to me.
 
Hahaha yes. I have ALL of those symptoms .... Ehhh... haha. Ok ill let you know if I accidentally get 4 haha

I apologize for the lack of communication! It is definitely not on purpose! If you could please e-mail me again, I have had some issues with my e-mail the past week. I will talk with you soon :thumbup: If that does not work, I will look into the issue more and I will send you a PM.
 
Now you've done it Newazzkikr. Might as well order your dream Busse now..... you'll be sending your paychecks directly to Wauseon just like the rest of us INFIholics in no time. :D

Thank's Pokey but I'm afraid that those email issues still prevail. I've tried to resend the mail but now I receive malfunction reply. That is ok, no rush at all. The blade is not shipping yet so I can wait.

To RVO3VOM: LBTG really is the knife that I want. For me it is finally a knife with a decent grind. With this model I was considering for the first time to order 2 of this knife but then I realized that the life is too short and fragile to own more then one Busse of the same kind and there are more knifes coming in the future I am sure.

But I can assure you that I'm not that new in sending money to Wauseon. For me it all started with the official release of BWM. The very first Bussekin for me that I still have was the DFLE. From Busse I have BWM CG and Boss Jack Proto DC with fuller. I also had Battle Pappy for a short time.

Solvikia ??? lol that sound like some grease detergent man!
