Police Model CF Scales

Ive seen on the for sale forum, dealers offering Police with Carbon Fiber scales. Are they actually out in the market??Cant seem to find anything on the Spyderco website.

The CF Police are on pre-order with dealers. I've had my order in for a few weeks. To my understanding, they're not ready yet.

I'm pretty sure they were on the market a while back in a limited run. I believe Spyderco has it on their discontinued section.
 
According to Sal, the CF Police is due out in December. I've got mine pre-ordered too :D
 
OH CARBON FIBER! Duh! Sorry, I was thinking G-10 for some reason.

Really? A CF Police? That should be interesting although I prefer the look and mass of stainless steel.
 
Thanks for the info. Can anyone direct me to the nearest dealer who is willing to take Creditcard and Ship by FEDEX or UPS. Most of the dealers i enquired would take credit card but would only ship USPS, Something to do with paperworks they said:grumpy:
BTW im located in BORNEO.
I want a CF Police and G10 Police as well, all in Combo Blade

I believe you will not find a G-10 Police with a combo edge, as I don't believe that any were produced.

I saw CF Police models in QC. They were numbered. I expect they'll be shipping this week. Clsoe to half of the 1500 that we're making have already ben sold.

I stand corrected! I think. Apparently, the Japanese distributor (who seems to have variants we don't) was able to supply a G-10 Police model with a combo edge at some point, although they are apparently now out of stock according to the linked page here. I just was directed to their site by a fellow forumite on the Spyderco home forum.

Those knives shown when you click on "Police model" look suspiciosly like Rookie's to me...I guess perhaps I was a bit quick to say "they're avalable"!
