Can the ZT0350 pocket clip be polished up? My BM had a lot of ware so I but it under a buffing wheel and to my surprise it shined up pretty good.. just wondering if the ZT will be the same...

I finally tried to polish the clip, I am having a hard time removing the black color. Ive tried a wire wheel and high grit paper... Any ideas?

Ok, I figured out what I was doing wrong... not enough time and elbow grease.. I dont remeber the BM clip taking this much time... anyhow here it is, certainly not "show" quality, but pretty good for a EDC...

I just satined a ZT clip on Friday evening for the 0301 with satin blade I just got in a trade. I honestly thought I'd make a mess of it but it worked out pretty well. I used 220 grit and took almost all the black off. I used the fine grit side of an emery board to get in the corners being really careful not to make perpendicular scratches. Then went over it with 400. It still looked a bit rougher than the blade so I did just a few quick passes at 600 to make it a bit more satin but not too mirror polished. There's still a bit of black in the creases but you have to look for it.

Those clips look pretty good! What material are they made of by the way?

Not sure, what ever it is its cheap.. mine has a lot of potting on it... I plan on hitting it again once I get more polishing cream...
