Could someone please tell me if the "Polished Hollow Grind" just refers to the blade being polished instead of being stonewashed?

you got it!!!!

I believe the polished blade is an option, and are also standard on wood-inlays.

Thanks 3RDWOUND,
Just one more question. If I buy a Large Sebenza from an Internet company such as Bladeart, etc, can I send it to Chris Reeve to get the blade swedge added?
I guess what I'm asking is , "Is the blade swedge something that can be added after the knife is made, or does it have to be done at the time of production?"
I know this is kind of a stupid question, but I want to be SURE before I drop $300 on a Sebenza!

Yes, the swedge can be added after purchase by CRK.

The polished blade is first stone washed, then only the hollow ground area is polished on a cork wheel.

Regards,
FK
