Polished skyline blade?

I am starting at my orange skyline, and it occurred to me that I might look better with a highly polished blade. Has anyone done this to their knife?

Thanks! It is quite easy to do with a quality metal polish. I bet Flitz would work excellently.

I used a rag and some Mother's mag wheel polish, which you can get at auto parts stores. Its very similar to Flitz, but at a fraction of the price. I just rubbed that sucker for a while with the rag and the Mother's. Its easy. Its best to disassemble the knife so you can get full access to the blade, and not get your polishing compound all over the scales. Same thing with this Voyager; you can get a partial shine if you want, or go full mirror:

Definitely! Is there an easy way to strip dlc coating first? No access to a grinder or anything at present.

Can you do this to a stonewashed blade? I'm assuming no, but who knows,I may be wrong.

Mark, you can do it with a stonewashed blade. That CS Voyager (above) was stonewashed.

First time doing it. I did the entire blade including the pivot points. This week I think I will do the liner lock and the belt clips, including the one i got from morrow. It makes the knife look so nice!
