I've noticed some micro-scratching on the nickel silver bolsters of one of my knives. Is there a product available that will safely take out these scratches? Apparently at some point I used the wrong kind of cloth to take of the fingerprints. Any help is appreciated.

I would imagine that flitz or one of the other polishing agents would work. I would use a buffer and polishing compound, but I do not know if that is an option for you.
For removing prints etc., from your knives, get a new chamois from the auto parts store, cut a smaller size that would be convienient for you, and use that. Dont ever wet it, just keep it in a plastic bag, and use it on your knives only. No scratches that way.
Hope this helps a little.
