Polishing question

I have a large classic Sebenza. I was thinking about having the BG-42 blade sent in to be polished but I was wondering if I don't like the look of it can it be retumbled to give it the original stonewashed look? I am also thinking of polishing the handles and wanted to know if they can be returned to the original look if I don't like the polished look?
