Recommendation? Polishing the handle Buck 102 \ 105 and so on

Which paste is better to polish the handles to achieve a mirror shine on the plastic part? Flitz? Dialux?

If I'm not going to use the knife I use Flitz. I find that it makes the phenolic handle material quite slick. I like it rougher and not shiny and slick...JMHO. Preston
