Polishing titanium?

Just bought a buck tnt mayo and was wondering if its possible to polish the titanium handle that's a bit rough to the touch. Any suggestions?

If you use the knife for wet use, or need a solid grip I'd say just learn to live, but if it's more of a gents folder then try some Mothers, Mag and Aluminum Metal Polish.
