All designs are 4" long or so apart from the one on the top left whcih is 5" long. Close ups of all four, including their concept drawings, are available HERE.

names are just for reference and are temporary :)



Okay so I'm trying to design a new "tin knife-ish" knife as part of a kinda "collaboration" where i put the handles on them. I don't know it's late and I already write this out once in caps by accident :(

Here's how i said it before "I asked if he could produce some of his quality Tin Knives or something like it at a slightly lower cost (still at a profit though!) bare bones so I could re-handle them and sell them on with only a small bump in price. i have some walnut sitting around and until i get some free cash it's not going to be doing anything anyway."

Anyway, I have to be out all day tomorrow and wanted to send a cut out to john early next week,. So that i can let this poll run awhile i decide to stay up and post some of the final designs tonight.

I reserve the right to ignore and continue modifying the designs, design by panel is never the best idea, but i do appreciate the feedback and preferences. So if you have any grind (which I'm not set on) or thickness (3/32" or 1/8") preferences feel free toe express those as well. Aftera ll, your the experts.

Rocky just seems to have more "personality" and would be more desirable to me.

But all are very nice. :)
 
Sheepy please,with a 1/2" hole in the middle of the nose for grip in pinch cuts.
 
I voted Bobby, but if I had more than one choice, it would have been Sheepy. How can you go wrong with Sheepy?

Hey all,

day didn't take as long as i thought, more people showed up then we imagined and it got done (cleaning up an old Academy campus for their reunion) quick, phew!

Thanks for all the votes rocky does seem to be running away with it, thought I might ask John if he'd like to make more then one of them, say most of rocky and one or two bobbys (or a sheepy, it does have the best name :))?

Anyhow, going to post the final decisions when the poll gets finished (by Monday) and then ask if anyone wants to pre-order one, so if there's a design your interested in let me know by email and I'll shoot you a price and see if we can't work it out.

and Penny isn't dreadful - just not a fan of sharp swedges.
