Hi all!

This is in conjunction to the post that Don made on what should be the next huge EKI production folder.

I'd thought that i'd post a poll to check that feature out.
So fire away suspects (and others!) :)
I haven't decided yet, i'd like to see all of'em.. :) hmmm...i'll go for a waved 8, and the I&I tanto next!

(i hope that i got this right...)

Jonas, as luck would have it I talked with Ernie and Mary about all three of the knives you listed. You obviously saw the responce to the Production Eight.

In talking to Mary I mentioned I'd like to see a "Super Commander". "Super Commander?" she asks, "You need to get an ES1-M."

"I have an ES1-M" pulling it out of the bag, "How about a Commander with like a 4 1/4 - 4 1/2 blade!" :D

Mary's response - :eek:

"How about a waved version of the Tanto?" I ask, pulling my Tanto from my support side pocket.

She opens it, rolls it over in her hand . . . looking . . . "Mmmmm, I don't know . . . It'd need a thumb ramp . . ." It didn't sound promising

Who knows . . . let's just hope :D

You could have at least had the decency to include a choice of "All of the above." I sat here for 5 minutes or more hovering between buttons and still can't decide!

I'll eventually click one of them just so I can see the results, but DANG it's hard to choose!

If it has to be one let it be a full size chisel ground WAVED 8.

OK OK. I'd go for a Waved 8, most certainly. Disregard my vote for the tanto, I'd still like to see it made, but I'd be satistfied with a waved 8 to start, then we could go for the tanto. ;)

...but I'd LOVE a Damasteel Griffe and/or REAL (read true chisel ground tanto) production fixed blade. Proper micarta scales while we're at it please, none of that molded plastic like the P.O. cough, cough I mean P.U.K.

I do think that it's a Swedish expression, but somtimes the are the same!

I've heard "does the bear **** in the woods?" in both Swedish and American English.

"Now you've plated your last potato" is probably totally Swedish too...

A friend had an American exchange student visting him here and we direct translated some thing to her, like "cruel good" which makes perfectly good sense in Swedish but not so in American English.

I wish i could speak more languages :)
