Cut the stakes for the frame.

Pound the stakes in a circle type shape.

Add the saplings sticks ect!

Wrap it all up!

The raft worked GREAT!!
It most likely would have held 3 adults .
It needed 2 people to make it go in a straight line!! I am no paddler!!

Good technique! Looks like it came out very functional...great learning experience for your son as well:thumbup: I've never done the donut raft, but I've used the Australian raft several times (well, really only a raft for your equpment:D). Excellent job:thumbup:

That is fantastic, you got some real skills there brother.. That is something I've been wanting to try.

I can't figure out how to keep Chip and Dale from drowning!! Ha!!

The frame took 2-3 hrs, and the wrap was about a hour.

whats the Australian raft?

Australian raft is whin you use your backpack ruck ect, and wrap it in a poncho covering to make the raft!!
