A little bit of cellphone photo WIP build up to the finished piece :)

Front panel carved and tooled

Now dyed...

The bright colors had me second guessing my choices

After the antique was applied I felt much better.
Lacing the antiqued front and back panels together...

Once again questioning my sanity..
:o
Finally done. It was worth the work.

Thanks for lookin' :D

Totem theme was a great design choice. I dig the bright colors. Looks great! I'm sure you'll get a lot of questions on it at the pool hall.

That is cool! I'm with you the antiquing made the color work. Nice job and great vision.

Only downfall I see is you will have to buy VERY expensive cues to go in a case that nice. :D Good work. I like the color choices and the lacing.

do u make them for sale, how much would something like that be sold for.
i have a a very nice leather pool cue for my pechauer , but might need another in the future if i buy another cue.
took me 40 years to finally get another nice cue. my pech is better than the McDermont i used to own imho.

your gut instincts were spot on with the colors dude.

Thanx for all the kind comments guys.
Breaking new ground construction wise and going out of my comfort zone with the colors was both stressful and satisfying.
Well, satisfying now that it's done and I don't think it stinks lol
:D

Nice!! Thanks for the pictures!

best

A Chris Nitti cue will work......:D
It certainly would. I'll send you my shipping address :)
Until it gets here I'll stick with my Schmelke full splice ebony with the Players HXT shaft. ;)

Amazing.

Can I ask what dyes and antique you used?
Thank you :)
Fiebings dyes. The green, red & yellow were the newer dyes (eco-flow?) and the mahogany background is the original spirit dye.
The antique is Fiebings black antique.
