Trolls suck.
I have to wonder if he even owns a Busse product.
Maybe for his 2nd post he will tell us how great Busse Customer Service treated him, if there is even a problem.
Contact Busse but posting a thread as you did, you get whatever ilk and bad karma that comes your way.

But this thread is out of line. Contact Busse and take up your gripes with them. No need to blaspheme the holy Busse name.

You’re not dumb so I know you knew this thread would stir the pot, do you have a legitimate gripe or are you just trolling for kicks?

Even if you do have a legitimate gripe this is not a productive way of solving it. If you got a lemon that happens when you buy items unseen. It will happen eventually the more knives you buy sight unseen. What matters is how a company rectifies that.
