Poor retention on Gnome's kydex sheath?

What can I do to fix this, if anything. I love the little knife, but I don't feel safe because I feel like it's going to fall out.

heat it up with a hair dryer and gently squeeze

Or an iron. Place it between a towel and 'iron' it, wear gloves.
