Pop ups

I am getting a lower banner pop up when viewing on the website in browser on my ipad. With every page reload it show back up. This is getting very frustrating because it takes up so much screen.

I have not seen a pop up since I bin on this site. but I was also a gold member 2 days after finding out about this site too.
