Well guys, I've been lurking for a while, was in the Little Piggy Contest, and decided that it was time. And I was scared. I just sent funds for a CGFBM w/ blue/black G10 grips to Robstar. I snagged it right here: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=457246
Anyways, I just wanted to say "hello" to everyone on the forum, and will now be off to get some counselling for my addiction. I just got the Dogfather, and about $600 worth of other steel in the past couple months, but couldn't resist the Mistress! Thanks to Jerry for making a product that is virtually GUARANTEED not to lose value, which made me feel a little more at ease when I posted "I'll take it" in the for sale forum. Looks like I just earned my stripes!
 
I am SO BROKE right now, you have no idea!! I've never been much of a sword guy though... but I love the Choppers!

I have all the idea, aren't we all on the same ship? At least I am I can tell you that:p

Love chopping is a bad habbit~ I am not much of a sword guy until AK-47. Pretty sweet I can tell you that :D But it do more damage on my wallet than trees I can tell you that for sure! If you got some money in few months future, don't forget to take a second look! Don't get it now, after they all got sold out....AK47 won't be the same price.
 
Yeah... one of these days, I'll have so much freakin' money that I won't have to think twice about my purchases (ummm, I know that there's some Hogs out there have that advantage over some of us broke dudes!) - but that time has not yet come, and is not in the near future! For now, it will be very carfully strategized purchases, driven by OCD.

WOW, I just now realized that I'm OFFICIALLY a HOG!!! WOOO HOOO!!!

Thanks everyone! Um, "Safe Queen" is going to be this FBM's position for now! I may try and find a user in a few months though.
 
I just saw that one. Those are some awesome G-10 slabs! Congrats :thumbup: I think in the end that combo will be one of the more sought after of the CG's....

This is another reason 1 Busse is not enough. Being too pretty:D
When you get the 2nd one (usually not dup and cheaper) then you realized the 2nd one also beauty of its own way and the 3rd.....4th.....

User became safe Queen; puchase became collection. After about 5-6 of the same model you tell yourself "enough" with senses + guilt.
Then kills you to decide 1 is officially now become user.

That USER will be "The BEST" among other:D

simply we know, "The BEST' girl is the one when you can....(emotionally involve :p),
NOT ones pretty you can't do jack with her. ;)
 
Congrats on your purchase ... the FBM is definitely the blade to buy to jump on the Busse crazy train ! :D The blue/blk handle is also my fav from the ones I own.
 
Great to see you Diceman and that is a gutsy way to pop your cherry.
To strain the analogy you got the prom queen with your blue handled FBMCG and I got the class bicycle with my SS4.

I have infi fever and I don't have a Busse yet. I don't like the Fullers in the FBM so I am anxiously awaiting the SHSH.

I wish I would have been around for the last anniversary (20th) for my favorite Busse ever the Argonne assaultCG with the knuckle guards.
I would trade a kidney or even more important to me my 65 Ford.
4 speed,9inch and 2 spare engines a 302 and 5,0.
