Pops Corby bolts?

Ive been thinking of buying a counterbore and 1/4" corby bolts from pops and was wondering if anyone remembers the shaft size on his 1/4" bolts? I know that the counterbore says it has a 3/16" pilot..Im guessing that the corby shaft is a bit smaller to allow for play in the 3/16" hole?
