Has anyone else been using the PBS in the Kitchen?

I have been using it on Salmon, and any other meat that is handy.

The Big Belly on the blade keeps my hand well off of the cutting board.

My Wife likes it for cutting Salad crap into tiny bits/micro celery, radish, Green Onions and such.:thumbdn:

A minor sin I think.

This knife was made to cut MEAT!! :D

I bought two from the Company store, gave one away and now have requests for two more looks like.

Don't have a PBS (maybe soon) but how do I get on the Andre list for INFI giveaways? :D

SNAFU,

It is easy enough, just marry into the "Family"

Or get adopted, or find a way to make your self long term "usefull"

Or maybe I marry into Your Family, in-laws seem to end up on the list.

Andre, will you adopt me? :D

I'm low maintenance and only need INFI to be happy.

Nope, no tomatoes yet.

Slices very thin slices of salmon though.

It has a lot of Belly for the length of blade easy to slice with, push cuts pretty well too.
