Pork Chop recipe

took a couple thick cut pork chops and fried them in a cast iron skillet at medium heat on and electric stove,

I used Olive oil to keep it from sticking and then spread blue cheese dressing on it.

this let to a nice subtle hint of blue cheese taste.

I am having this with lima beans
