Here's a rather special Busse Pork Shank sheath. Special ordered with a belt/pocket clip. The inlay is from a road killed diamondback rattler here in south Texas! :) 120.00 plus 5.50 shipping in the CONUS. I take paypal and money orders, and trades. Please make offers as I know this is a highly personalized piece.

Thanks Dwayne ! Looking forward to having that beauty in my hands ! ;)

Congrats Magoo. Dwayne I hope to get a few snakes this spring. If I do, maybe we can swap skin for leather.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. :)

Snakes are a good thing, especially unusual species, copperhead, timber, and others. Diamondback is always welcome, I usually have to spend 30 to 50 bucks a piece depending on the pattern and normally get a couple good sheaths out of it. This skin was exceptional but for some curving which is not a terrible thing. :)

I wish i knew how to cure snakeskin. I can get lots of copperhead in the spring. Can i just pack em in ice and overnight them?

That might work! Lemme check with a pro and see. I wonder about shipping dry ice?
