BBQ's, smoked meat and Craft Beers are all So Hot Right Now!
Anyway, heres my contribution. This set up is actually for Camping but we end up using it at home pretty frequently because its hard to beat the smokey flavour and Pork crackling the little system churns out. It took a while to get it right.... and I've combined two separate cooking systems together - a Kettle style cooker with a Rotisserie (both small scale for camping like I said.) The 'Cobb' is a South African made cooker and the Auspit rotisserie is good Ol' Aussie. The Filming is a bit amateur... sorry for that but otherwise,.... ENJOY!
