Position of backstop

[Pointless]

My second post in 5 minutes. I have a 6 foot high by 3 foot wide pine backstop.
Should it be straight up or tilted back a few degrees? Thanks again!

Obviously tilted.

And backfilled with earth as high as the backstop is tall. Don't need any pass-troughs the backstop.

What I was thinking.... If it's guns, he better be a good shot. If he's anything like most of the turds at my local range, he better extend that thing 20 feet to the left and the right. They couldn't hit the kool ade man at 5 feet.

I don't know anything about throwing but having the backstop tilted seems like it would catch the blades a little easier. Especially on far throws with some arc.
