Have people gotten too uptight about knives? I work as a Service Technician and get lots of strange looks when I use a knife to cut something in some the facilities I service. People seem to think you are a madman when you pull out a stockman model to cut tubing or tape.
What can be done to promote a positive image of knives and knife users? Otherwise we could see some more restrictions like gun owners are facing.
