"Possibility of Posting Pics of Past Lisa's Picks?" Now say THAT five times fast!!

I really like seeing the custom designs of the Lisa's Picks on the Reeve website each Month. Not only does it show the talent and creativity of Lisa but it also gives folks good ideas for odering a similiar Custom Graphic of their own someday.

I know there are many who have pics of their own L.P.'s but I was wondering if Anne or someone else from the Shop could post the pics of the last 12 months of Lisa's Picks? I would think the images are stored in a file somewhere for reference (so that when someone Ordered a knife "similiar" to say L.P. of July 2004) the pics could be accessed readily to use as a loose pattern.

I know some people may have missed a certain month and would love to have the opportunity to drool over them again. Maybe we could start a Contest or Poll - Choose your favorite Lisa's Pick from the past 12 Months !! What do you say??

I've been talking to Anne at CRK for some months now about an archive, like the best of the best threads here. It would include Lisa's picks too. And maybe even user submitted photos.

Unfortunately it one of those issues that's not the highest priority. I understand that, but the longer it goes wihtout documentation, the hearder it will be to preserve the "body of work".

My suggestion is to call and ask for Anne, and mention you'd like some sort of permanent web archive.

I found a way to view each month's picture of the beautiful knives... Simply type the month and year in the address shown; the first two x's being year (last two digits) and the other two x's being the month number: http://www.chrisreeve.com/xxxxlisa.jpg
For example, February 2004 would be: http://www.chrisreeve.com/0402lisa.jpg
It works back to January 2004. Just a thought.

Just wanted to say Thanks for the help with this thread. There are some sweet looking Sebbies among these... hard to choose a favorite.
