This will be posted on my web site as well. We are considering having blades sent to a different address. We haven’t had any major problems per say with shipments. Our usps driver has a tendency to not bring large packages and if it needs a signature will just hold it at the post office and drop a note in our box. We do not live in town so driving to town for a single box is a hassle. Also the fact that winter is coming and makes it harder for the mail lady to drop stuff off. Our local grocery store has a ups store in it and it’s open the same hours as the store. We are thinking of getting a box there and having all the blade sent there. Thy will sign for them as well as notify us when a package is there. You might have noticed our website has been changing. We hope it’s for the better as things have been streamlined for you. We have also changed the name (of the business) from “JT custom knives” to Jarod Todd Heat Treating. I have always been concerned shipping out your orders with Custom Knives plastered on the label. JT Custom Knives still lives but it will be a sub division that just makes custom knives (if I ever get the time again). If we do change the address it will be posted on the web site and an email sent out to all our customers.
