Hi everyone, I bought a Buck Mayo Northshore off of Ebay and have a question. In all the pictures I see online of this knife, the clip is shiny and polished. The clip on the knife I got is pretty much the same color as the handle and is a matte finish. Should I be concerned? The quality seems very good and the packaging looks authentic. It's not like I spent a bundle; I just want to know I got the real deal.

picts say more then you can describe..
when i say the most ugly knife you ever seen - do you think of a buck?

If no pic, describe what's stamped on the tang. Someone here will probably have an idea. plenty of people here that know much more than I do.

I got mine out and I think your fine. The Clip on mine is somewhat the same color as the Aluminium Scales....

Yeah, it's the same. Thanks. All the pictures on the internet of the knife show the clip being really shiny and in contrast with the handle scales so I thought something might be wrong. It's a really nice knife and I like it so far. It's my first Buck since I had a 110 as a little kid.
