My house internet is down, at least until next Tuesday. I can't get to my drafts on my laptop to check orders, so please be patient, I'm working on three knives right now that I had the specs written down on paper, but after that, until my internet is fixed, I'm screwed.
I can still receive and send emails from my phone, but I can't get to my orders stored on my laptop.

I can do work on the ones I have started, but can't ship them or get paid, no way to contact the buyers.
 
I`m hoping the new modem/router will fix my problems. I was talking to an AT&T tech for over an hour yesterday afternoon, I have one on the way. That`s the problem with AT&T, you need a modem that`s compatible with their system, and nobody sells them. It`s not my laptop, I tried Connie`s too.
 
I'm starting to sound like another maker on here that also starts with a K, lots of excuses for not shipping. That's just another reason to not take payment up front, sh#t happens!

Yep, when I saw this thread this this AM (just before I got the email saying it'll be shipping next week) I was about ready to send payment in case John continued to have issues, since he updated the "Knives On Order" thread! It would take a lot of work to bring my trust level down...

I've never had any issues with you, your product, shipping, payment, etc.

You are solid in my book!
 
Great to see you back up and operational.
I doubt anyone who frequents here has had any concerns about the hiccup.
