You have never heard of the infamous Swodish? They invented the knife. Brought us singlehandedly into the steol age.

Beyond that, the Gerber "StrongArm" is an $89-$99 blade, and is probably THE most counterfeited knife in the biz.



That being posted, the pictured knife has the Factory grid coordinates on the blade, which is a feature on the "Dala Red" offerings. Maybe check to see if they match?

I agree that the box is bogus. The printing on the knife is bogus, too.

The box...I mean I'd call that a sure fake right there. If the site in question was eBay and the listing info immediately vanished, request your refund ASAP. I got fooled by a fake watch once and that same thing happened.

The diamond pattern on the handle doesn't match the dealer photo I used as a reference. Look at the end closest to the blade. The channel around the pattern also appears to be less precise than the dealer photo.

And I can't shake that the print on the blade looks to have been made with a different process; it seems too dark.

Both, knife and box, are fake. MORA is aware of it being sold on the site ending in emu, with a capital T in front.

I am afraid Dadpool is correct, the OP's Garberg is a known fake.

It's a good idea to buy from reputable knife outlets or direct from the manufacturer.
