Looks real, Cincinatti maybe. Handles look Estalok.
Bladeite would know.
 
It’s a blackjack. Ethan has said ones with that particular logo were made in Cincinnati and “finished” at Effingham by blackjack. Finishing was just adding the sheath, logo marking, and handles. Perhaps also putting the edge on it.
