Possible Refund/Prorate?

Hey guys,

I accidentally ordered the wrong membership level yesterday. I intended to buy the Gold membership and I only ordered the basic one. So I paid 10 dollars last night and 25 tonight.......is there any way I could get a refund of the 10 dollars back to the Mastercard used? If not, could you just extend my Gold Membership?

From the FAQ section:

Q: Can I upgrade my paying membership to a higher level?

A: Sure you can! Just purchase the new membership level that you'd like, then post a thread in Service & Support stating that you need your membership pro-rated. We'll cancel your old membership and pro-rate the remaining time onto the end of your new one.
