We may be experiencing outages with our service during this week as we prepare to migrate from the current BladeForums.com server to the new Dell servers that we've taken delivery on.

Consider this a warning order - expect outages anytime in the next 24-96 hours. We will be down a minimum of 1-3 hours while the server is moved into place and the data migrated, if not longer.

Cross your fingers, folks.

Good news!

The Linux consultant has looked over the new servers and says we should be good to go. BFC may be down for a few hours at the most, if that, and everything will be alright with the world.

I also will be taking delivery of a spiffy Email server this week, so who knows, maybe we'll see some "<membername>@bladeforums.com" services in the near future... Can anyone say Web Based Email? I knew you could.
