Is it possible to buy the small knives? I have the sheaths with those empty holes so I was wondering if its possible to buy the small edge straightner and utlity knife.

In all honesty, if you are looking to use the openings left for the karda and chakma, you might consider finding something a little more modernly utilitarian to fill them. A chopped down ceramic rod paired with a thin Swiss army knife makes a nice combo that offers a lot of utility to the package. I know that modified Old Hickory pairing knives make popular replacements as they are thin, take a great edge, and cheap.
If you would like to replace your Karda and Chakma, maybe shoot Yangdu an email. I know that in times past there used to be a collection of orphan accessory knives. I have no idea what they would cost, but that's your best bet
