Recently suggested BF.com to a friend to check out and recommended him to join as a paid member to start reading, learning and establishing some Blade Forums' "street cred" for himself. I think that he joined in early April and then became a Platinum Level paid member a few days after joining. His forum handle name is

I sent him a DM to test to see if he could learn how to check out messages and then to respond, learn to navigate the Site by also introducing himself in one of those "New Members Here..." threads in GD / Community subs. He could not respond to my DM and his posts also were queued up for moderation. I then reached out to
Blues
to bring E up to speed on the situation when he suggested to open a ticket, so to speak, in Technical if the issue persisted. Although his introduction post was eventually approved and posted, he still can not communicated (send out) to DMs. This is what he still see pop up when try to DM (see screenshots below).
