Possibly silly question...

Not a silly question! It's a very good idea given Talonite's performance and corrosion resistance. Camillus could probably do it as a limited run? Anyway, we'll wait to see what Will says.

Now that I would be happy to buy! Talonite seems ideally-suited to neck knives.

While we could make the ARCLITE in TALONITE, it would not be cheap. The ARCLITE is a fairly broad profile[especially through the handle], and that would meant that not only would it use alot of TALONITE for the blank, it would waste quite a bit of material through the "web" or viods between the blanks cut from the sheet of TALONITE. We don't get much for the waste, therefore, it overal would use ALOT of very expensive material for the knife.

Thanks for the inquiry, and I will definetlykeep it in mind when we think about new ideas, but if you are interested in getting a TALONITE ArcLite, your best bet would be to contact Darrel Ralph, and have him make you a custom. I know he has done TALONITE Arclite's in the past, and see no reason he won't do them in the future.
