post being reviewed?

i am new to this forum, (not the forum world i am apart of a few) but i am a lil lost at this 1, as a new member (joined like a day ago) are all my post reviewd b4 being posted? when will that go away? also is there a reason why i cant send PMs? i reas where some are talking about paying a due/fee or something?

Yes, sometimes a new members posts are moderated until they've been approved by a supermod. You will probably be good to go now.
As for PM's, you must be a paid member to have private messaging, avatars, sigs etc........
