Post in Knife Exchange Not Showing

I just renewed my Gold membership yesterday and tried posting something in the 'For Sale: Fixed Blades (Individual)" forum, but after half a day my post still hasn't appeared yet. Is this because the post is pending for a mod approval due to my "new" membership status, or is there an actual technical issue? Asking so I don't end up posting the same thing multiple times, thank you!
