Well in the wake of the "Ganzaaa", I found I was able to score on the Ridgeback Howler! Now the horrible part....waiting.....waiting......and more waiting! Well lucky me received the little orange card from the post office...what could it be I wondered all day. Low and behold the mother of all rats......the one, the only, the largest production Rat in the land folks, yes I am talking about the RAT DADDY!!!! I would just like to thank all the people that made this possible....Shane. Folks....if you thought the rat weiler was an instrument of destruction, you have GOT to get one of these!.....It is a moster of a blade! I apologize for not having pictures yet, but I picked it up, brought it home, chopped through a 1x4 and came to work. So now I have a new toy to last me till I get my howler.....oh what a nice combo carry they would make, micarta and razorback Res-c together in 1 dynamic package.......now where the hell do I get a sheath for this bad boy, because I certainly am not sending off till I am done bonding with it!

The RW looks like a wee little utility knife compared to the Rat Daddy...and by the way...that is one fine looking sheath!

those are some lovely blades my friend, but what's that funny black stuff on the blades? Shouldn't you be out wearing that stuff off? The Daddy looks good with his beauty marks though -- and to be fair, i know they're brand new and won't be for long... but seriously GF, wow -- that is one sweet pair of peaches...

My Rat Daddy has cleared a few trails and shooting lanes for plinking but after a good scrubbing it shows no wear on the coating. Maybe when I get to some firewood for the campfire!
