Sorry for upsetting everybody.

I actually only found out that the knife was a fake AFTER purchasing from a private individual.

I do not knowingly purchase fakes.

Most knife enthousiasts on this site have moral objections against buying, selling, promoting and even owning fake knives.
I won't lecture you on why this is the consensus in here, others with more patience might chime in.

Ive never owned a fake in any form; knife, watch, etc.I'd rather have the real one or not own it at all.Its only hurting & stealing from the real makers......

I am posting this for humerous purposes.
...
It is made in Taiwan, note the "154CM" etched on the blade, (man, how lucky can you get).

Are you trying to say that you actually believe what is etched on the side of the knife?

Yes. I agree that most people who visit this Knife Enthusiast Forum don't think highly of fakes, or the people who buy them.

Maybe you should just go ahead and close the thread too....

My obviously feeble attempts at humour.

Please read my edited post above.

Thank you.

I would like to see pics of known fakes.

Years back when I started collecting flashlights (wth, flashlights?)
I got burned on a fake Surefire at a gun show.

There are a few here who constantly troll for these threads. They would say, it is not a problem.

Trying to educate is one thing, but this thread had no intention of education.

Closing so as not to promote them.
