How about some sunrise or sunset shots that you've taken yourself in the great outdoors? Mention where they were taken if you like.

Here are a few favorites from my camera. The first two are sunrises, and the last one is a sunset.

Sorry the quality of mine sucks. Some of these were taken with a phone. Not really comparable to the others in this thread.

I probably have the full-size image somewhere if you want it. That one has been cropped down a bit.
If you look hard, there's the outline of a fishing boat and two fishermen right center, but if you didn't know any better, you'd think it was trees on the island.
I've got the second one in my post set as my wallpaper. :thumbup:

Okay, that didn't work. I tried to upload it full-size so you could snag it, but Photobucket compressed it down to 1024 pixels wide.
I have the original on my computer as 2592 pixels wide.
