Post what you are using to sharpen your blades...
I use Diamond steels 1000 2000 3000 grit and wet stones 400 to 6000 grit

you would think that their would be a forum for that here or did I miss it?

Just my cheap Aliexpress modified folding sharpener - aluminium plate with three magnets so I can switch diamond plates and home made small leather strop with 3 micron diamond compound.
I take it when I go to vacations to sharpen those dull knives you find in the kitchen. I also use it at home to sharpen my ''less important'' pocket knives like Opinels and similar.
After sharpening those two knives (on the photo) cut receipt paper and paper towel without problem.
